We want our agents to know that we are here for them not only during a catastrophe but at any time their clients suffer a loss. It doesn’t matter how big or small the loss is. They are all major to the insured. We take pride in the fact that we are able to assist insureds in their time of need and to give them some type of comfort and understanding during those trying times.
In order to expedite the claims process, we ask that you do not call in a claim. This delays not only the assignment of the claim but also delays the handling of others. We ask that you fax or email all claims to the Claims Department. Once you have done this, please do not mail the loss to us. This causes duplication of assignments and therefore additional delays.
